Member of the Paris bar, Germain GERRIER holds a DESS in Applied Taxation and a DEA in business law from the Université de Paris.

He joined C2J in 2004.

He mainly deals as an adviser and litigator with tax and company law in the fields of company taxation, and he provides legal support to corporate clients.

Germain GERRIER also provides support in restructuring, selling and acquisition of companies.
